Ah so you admit that you are representing 'Your constituency' as in goons and not the eve player base. What you put forward, is everything your constituents want. They represent all the is bad for eve, scamming, manipulation everything else. Tell me, how can you be the chair of the CSM (which is supposed to represent all players) when all you do is represent yourself and the needs of your alliance. Do what you like in game, but you should not be abusing your position, and should be removed.
Each CSM member has put the needs of their constituents above needs of those who are not. The justification for this? You didn't vote for that CSM member because you felt they didn't represent you. Just because they were elected does not mean they suddenly have to represent you now. In addition to this, representing each individuals singular interests is virtually impossible. It's easier, more efficient, and to be fair basically politically correct to represent your constituents. You should find a CSM member that _does_ represent your interests, and then consider petitioning your concerns with them, as they're more likely to agree with you and they're probably at least partially responsible for your personal concerns. |

I have actually never scammed anyone using my CSM title as a voice of validity, nor have I even actually scammed someone.

I didn't say the CSM weren't to be trusted at all. I'm saying the CSM are politicians, you may apply whatever your personal perception of politicians is to that at your will, that's your responsibility, not mine. |

It is very simple. If mittens were, say, posting an "official CSM chairman 3rd party service" and using that to scam, that would be crossing a line. That isn't what is happening here. This thread is about angry people who got suicide ganked, despite the fact that the goons proclaimed loudly exactly where they would be ganking. If you want extra rules to apply to CSM members, you need to raise that as a proposal and have it go through the CSM process. You also can't change the rules after the fact, as I am sure some CSM members would not have agreed to run if they weren't allowed to scam or suicide gank or whatever you guys get angry about next. Wow, just wow, you really believe that stuff your saying? He doesnt have to make a big sign saying that - people know hes the chair.or part of the CSM, that goes for any CSM member.. People will AUTOMATICALLY trust him, I think the question has been asked, but no ones give an answer, You are basically saying - the csm cannot be trusted.... i think thats all we need to know...
CSM6 can be trusted to do its job as the CSM and our track record so far basically proves this. If you want more beyond this role then you're asking for something we're not obliged to provide. |

There have been multiple instances in this thread where 'Just Another Toon' has been proven wrong, thrown temper tantrums and responded to legitimate points with what basically translates to 'You're wrong because I said so'. You don't get to remove a CSM member because they hurt your feelings. The end. |
